Do Asumo's have a return policy or exchange policy?

Any product that is returned within 3 days will be accepted. And amount of exceeding days will not be accepted.

Shipping usually takes 10-30 working days.

Is there any taxes added onto the product?

All items are excluding taxes. A small 5% taxes is added to your final product price.

Is shipping free?

All standard shipping on local (South Africa) items are free. Priority shipping will cost a bit more. All International shipping has a cost.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes between 10 and 40 working days.

Do I have to pay for customs?

If the rare occurrence of customs stopping you, the charge will be paid by the customer and not by Asumo's.

Can I donate to help out the business which consists of young entrepreneurs?

You can donate to Asumo's, click the donate button at the bottom and follow the steps. This transaction will take place through PayPal.

Do the products slightly differ from the pictures?

The products may have slight differences compared to the pictures.
